Inline Powder Booth
Inline Booths start as an 8 foot canopy and continue through whatever length your application dictates.
Walk-In Booths
Walk-in booths are available in any size needed for your application. These booths utilize three standard fan packages and continue through multiple fan packages, if needed, to maintain proper airflow.
Batch Booths
Batch booths start with a small 4' x 4' caster base unit and continue into larger frontal openings, that will utilize a standard roll-away filter module.
Cartridge Filter Modules
The Cartridge Filter Module is an easily maintained recovery system. The detachable filter module position against the canopy side wall and draws powder onto the horizontal cartridges inside the filter module. High quality filters and low air-to-cloth ratios ensure long filter life and maximum powder recovery efficiency.
All Filter Modules include a fluidized bed and high volume transfer pump. With the low-level control option, powder can be automatically transferred to a Sieve on or near the powder hopper. Where overspray powder is not recycled, the same pump is used to transfer powder to a scrap collection container.
